STUDIO PILATES
We have blended the classical pilates repertoire with modern pilates to produce varied programs. We break down some of the most difficult exercises, so everyone can have a go. Our studio features high end reformers, stability or wunda chairs, a selection of barrels and trapeze tables. During our sessions, we also use magic circles, balls, weights, and foam rollers. Group sessions are restricted to five or seven participants ensuring individual attention. We also modify exercises to suit special populations such as pre or post natal, those with balance, or skeletal issues (such as osteoporosis or scoliosis). Newcomers are always welcome.

CLINICAL PILATES
Physiotherapy led sessions that take into account the specific needs of an individual and often include assessments. You could be recovering from an injury, pre or post surgery or simply wanting to address a need or goal. These sessions would be ideal following joint surgery such as a total knee replacement, if you have a neurological, mental health or any other condition that would benefit from personalised attention.
